Can I arrive early to my booking to have time to set up?
You cannot arrive early or leave later than your scheduled booking time. If you need more time to set up or tear down, please factor that into the time you book for.
What happens if I arrive earlier or leave later than my scheduled booking time?
If you arrive before your scheduled booking time, or leave later than your scheduled booking time, you will be invoiced for the amount of time you went over for your booking. If the invoice is not paid, you will be banned from Collective.
Is there a minimum amount of time I need to rent for?
Yes. There is a minimum of 1 hour for rental sessions.
How do I book?
To book, please follow the instructions on our booking page.
When do I pay for booking?
Rental fees are required at time of booking. Once you select your date and time, you'll be taken to the payment page. Payment is required to secure your date and time.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled rental time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be re-booked within 30 days of the original booking date. No refunds will be issued for rescheduling requests.
If the rental rate for the rescheduled date is lower than the original booking, the difference in pricing will not be refunded. If the rental rate is higher, the client is responsible for paying the difference prior to the rescheduled booking.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, however fees are not refunded for cancellations.
Can I bring alcohol for photoshoots?
No alcohol is permitted at Collective. Collective does not have licensing to have alcohol on the premises, so it is not allowed to be opened or served even if it is just a prop.
